Ramón Marrero first mixed the Piña Colada in San Juan, Puerto Rico in 1954. We craft The Bahamas’ Piña Colada with JOHN WATLING’S Amber rum, Coconut rum, Coconut milk & Pineapple juice.
SKYLARKIN'
Known locally as a sophisticated Skyjuice our Skylarkin' cocktail is made with JOHN WATLING'S Pale rum, Coconut rum, Coconut Pulp, Coconut Water and garnished with nutmeg.
PINK SANDS
In homage to the Pink Sands of the Bahamian Island of Eleuthera, the Pink Sands cocktail is crafted with RED TURTLE vodka, Orange liqueur, Guava syrup, Coconut water, Lime juice & Grenadine.
HEMINGWAY SPECIAL
Originated by famed barman Constante Ribalagua for former Bimini resident Ernest Hemingway, the Hemingway Special combines JOHN WATLING’S Pale rum, Lime juice, Maraschino liqueur & Grapefruit juice.
RUM RUNNER
In the 1950s at the Tiki Bar in Islamorada in the Florida Keys, ‘Tiki John’ created the Rum Runner. We craft ours with GUN CAY White rum and JOHN WATLING’s Amber rum, Orange juice, Pineapple juice, Blackberry liqueur & Grenadine.
UNCLE WILL'S RUM DUM
Wilfred Sands from John Watling’s Distillery, originated the Rum Dum in 1971 at the Lyford Cay Club in The Bahamas. The JOHN WATLING’S Rum Dum combines JOHN WATLING’S Pale and Amber rums, Lemon juice and the white of an egg for a refreshing froth.

Originated in 1969 by Walter Chell in Calgary, Alberta we craft ours with RED TURTLE vodka, CLAMATO juice, WORCHESTERSHIRE sauce and TABASCO sauce.
YELLOW BIRD
In 1954, at Half Moon Restaurant in Jamaica a barman created the Yellow Bird. Ours is crafted with JOHN WATLING’S Amber rum, Orange juice & Orange liqueur.
GOOMBAY SMASH
In 1973, Ms. Emily Cooper originated the Goombay Smash in Green Turtle Cay, Bahamas. We craft ours with JOHN WATLING’S Amber rum, Coconut rum & Pineapple juice.
BAHAMA GRAMMY
It is rumoured that the Bahama Mama was originated in 1963 at Nassau’s Pink Elephant Club. We craft ours with JOHN WATLING’S Amber rum, Coffee liqueur, Coconut rum, GUN CAY 151° rum, Pineapple juice, Lime juice & two dashes of Grenadine.
HAND-SHAKEN DAIQUIRI
Jennings S. Cox originated the hand-shaken Daiquirà in Cuba in 1898. JOHN WATLING’S Hand Shaken Daiquirà is made with a mixture of JOHN WATLING’S Pale rum, fresh Lime juice and sugar. A delicious balance between sweet and tart.
